Client: Mr. Ambrish Rishiwar

The client, a businessman, dreamed to have a luxurious house with all functional facilities. The space availability was however limited to 625 sq.ft. Considering the client’s initial requirements and their need for a godown, the design took a vertical approach.
Spaces have been planned vertically-  with the basement acting as a godown in one half and a parking in the other. The entire lifted ground floor acts as an office with a small pantry and toilet. The first and second floors have been designed for residential use. The top floor consists of a party hall with a Terrace garden and a beautiful Waterbody. Solar panel have been placed at the top. The Entire building has automation facility as well.
The design language of the house is contemporary modern but yet cozy to match with small town vibes.
